What are keywords/phrases?

Instead of using concepts in the search, you can also simply specify keywords (single words)...

...or phrases (multiple words) that should be mentioned in your results.

You can search using keywords and phrases by typing them into the search box and selecting the first option in the auto-suggest drop-down menu.
